The steam locomotive series KsOd IIIa was a freight train - steam locomotive series of the Kaschau-Oderberger Bahn (KsOd).

These seven locomotives were built in 1868 (four) and 1869 (three) by Sigl in Wr. Neustadt delivered. They had external frames, external engines and Hall cranks .

When the KsOd was nationalized in 1924, all seven vehicles came to the ČSD , which gave them the designation 321.101-107 and retired them by 1928.
