The building at Kurhausstrasse 24 in Kurhausstrasse in Bad Kissingen , the major district town of the Lower Franconian district of Bad Kissingen , is one of the Bad Kissingen architectural monuments and is registered in the Bavarian list of monuments under number D-6-72-114-307 .

history

The Kurvilla in Kurhausstraße 24 was built around 1890. It is a three-storey half - hipped roof structure in sandstone structure with floating gables . At the northeast corner of the building, a Swiss-style tower with a pointed helmet is part of the property. Around 1905, a single-storey saddle roof extension with a connecting bridge was built in a southerly direction .

The outbuilding is a single-storey mansard roof building from 1890 with sandstone structure and risalit with a half-hipped roof with a floating gable.

A cast iron fence, also built around 1890, is part of the property.

Today the property houses a guest house.
