The spa park is one of the two parks in the former spa town of Kyselka , which previously belonged to Villa Mattoni and has been a listed building since 2013.

The park in the southern part of the village was created together with the health resort and was generously expanded by the entrepreneur Heinrich von Mattoni , who bought most of the village of Gießhübl Puchstein in 1873. The park was then divided into a front public and a rear private part, which became the garden of Villa Mattoni . Due to the population growth and the large number of tourists, the park was generously cared for. Due to the loss of most of the spa guests between 1918 and 1921, the park became overgrown, but in 1923 it was restored and replanted. After most of the German residents were driven out , the spa gardens deteriorated again. After the restoration of Kyselka began in 2012/13, the park was also temporarily cleaned up; many fallen trees disappeared, old trees were pruned and the paths were cleared.

Most of the park's old trees fell victim to the plans of the Czechoslovak communist regime in Kyselka in the 1950s. They were replaced by young trees from 1949 to 1954. Today the castle park still has the following old trees:

In spring 2013, two beeches were placed above the Otto Colonnade , dedicated to the former liege lord Wilhelm Gemmrich von Neuberg and his first wife Antonia.
