Kurt Van De Wouwer
Kurt Van De Wouwer (born September 24, 1971 in Herentals ) is a Belgian cyclist .
Van De Wouwer began his professional career at Lotto in 1994 after having been a stagiaire there the previous year . In 2002 he won the prologue and a stage of the Hofbräu Cup . In 1998 he drove his first of five Tour de France with the lottery team . His best result was eleventh place on the 1999 tour . In 2001 he was third behind Markus Zberg and Davide Rebellin in Rund um den Henninger-Turm .
At the end of 2006 Van De Wouwer ended his career as a professional cyclist and became sporting director for Team Davo .
