Kuryłówka is a village in the Powiat Leżajski of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship in Poland. The seat of the municipality of the same name .

The place is located at the mouth of the Złota in the San .

history

Kuryłówka was first mentioned in writing in 1515. In 1978, Aleksandra Gruszczyńska from the District Museum in Rzeszów carried out archaeological research that revealed the remains of a settlement from Roman times .

In 1807 the German colony Neu Dornbach (today part of the village Kuryłówka Cztery Chałupy ) was founded on the high bank of the Złota. On June 29, 1944, the Kalmyks invaded . On May 7, 1945, the battle at Kuryłówka took place in the village of Kuryłówka .

From 1975 to 1998 Kuryłówka belonged to the Rzeszów Voivodeship .
