László Csávás (born September 19, 1934 in Budapest ) is a former Hungarian ski jumper .

Career

Csávás started in 1962 in the Four Hills Tournament . In the Four Hills Tournament 1962/63 he reached after a 41st place in Oberstdorf , a 45th place in Innsbruck , a 25th place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the 33th place in Bischofshofen at the end of the 29th place in the overall ranking. At the Four Hills Tournament in 1963/64 he could not repeat the good performances from the previous year and ended up in the back places. Despite this failure, he was part of the Hungarian squad for the Olympic Winter Games in Innsbruck in 1964 . There he reached the 52nd place on the Toni-Seelos-Olympiaschanze in Seefeld and 49th place on the Bergiselschanze in Innsbruck. After the games, he continued in the Four Hills Tournament. However, he broke off the 1964/65 tour after finishing 62nd in Oberstdorf. For his last Four Hills Tournament in 1965/66 he jumped all jumping again and finished the tour in 51st place overall.
