Léna Brocard (born May 19, 2000 in Saint-Martin-d'Hères ) is a French Nordic combined athlete .

Career

Brocard made her international debut on September 2, 2016 at the Youth Cup competition in Oberstdorf . On March 11, 2017, she reached the podium in the Alpencup for the first time as third in her home town of Chaux-Neuve .

Brocard made his debut in the Continental Cup in Otepää on January 5, 2019, finishing ninth. At the Nordic Junior World Ski Championships in Lahti in 2019 , it was only enough for fifteenth place in the first-ever junior women’s competition using the Gundersen method . In addition, she also took part in the ski jumping competitions, where she took 42nd place in the individual and sixth place with the team. At the end of the season, Brocard was runner-up behind Emma Tréand at the French championships at the end of March 2019 .

In summer 2019 Brocard made his debut in the Grand Prix in Oberwiesenthal . Her best individual result was eighth in Klingenthal . Finally, she finished the 2019 Grand Prix in eighteenth overall. In the 2019/20 Continental Cup season , Brocard was in midfield. At the Nordic Junior Ski World Championships 2020 in Oberwiesenthal, she went on the trail as third , but ultimately fell back to seventh place.
