Léon Mayrand
Léon Mayrand (born November 1, 1905 in Montreal , † March 1975 in Saint-André-de-Sangonis ) was a Canadian ambassador .
Life
Léon Mayrand's parents were Orphise Gadbois and Oswald Mayrand. Léon Mayrand studied at the École libre des sciences politiques in Paris . Léon Mayrand married Letizia Kerestediian and they had three children. He studied at Loyola High School (Montreal) and at the University of Montreal . Mayrand was a doctor of law and entered the foreign service in 1926.
