The LVR-Klinik Köln is a psychiatric clinic of the Landschaftsverband Rheinland in Cologne-Merheim . It is an academic teaching hospital at the University of Cologne .

history

Construction work began in 1970. The day and night clinic was handed over in 1974.

The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of the University of Cologne and a primary care facility. It has 402 inpatient beds and 108 day clinic treatment places.

The house has a forensic department. There is also a forensic psychiatry at Porzer Ringstrasse 25 in Cologne-Porz.
