La Petite Afrique is a luxury residential and office building located on 2 Boulevard des Moulins, Avenue de la Madone in Monte-Carlo , Monaco . The name is derived from the adjacent park "Jardins de la Petite Afrique", in which exotic plants grow.

At this point there was a branch of the Banca Commerciale Italiana , built around 1900, which was demolished in 2013. The building was completed in 2016 after a three-year construction period. The building, designed in a minimalist style, consists of ten floors above ground and six basement floors that house parking spaces, a swimming pool and a spa. The seven apartments have an area between 500 and 1000 m². On the roof there is a 2100 m² penthouse with a private pool. The interior and exterior of the building is clad with marble and natural stone. The apartments occupying one floor have spacious terraces that determine the character of the building. The first branch of the Dolce & Gabbana fashion label in Monaco is on the lower three floors .

The Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld won the international competition . The executing architect was Frédéric Genin. The building was constructed by Fine Properties Monte-Carlo (FPMC), a company owned by Andrea Casiraghi and Pierre Casiraghi in partnership with the Italian group Pizzarotti.

Isabel dos Santos and her husband Sindika Dokolo bought an apartment in “La Petite Afrique” in December 2015 for 50 million euros.
