La Sola (Spanish Isla La Sola , word meaning the lonely island ) is a small, uninhabited rocky island in the Caribbean Sea , about 370 km northeast of Caracas , the capital of Venezuela , and 35 km northeast of Isla Margarita and 19.4 km northeast of closest to Los Frailes .
