Los Hermanos ( Spanish Islas Los Hermanos , German  "The Brothers" ) is a group of small islands in the Caribbean Sea , about 175 km north of the coast of Venezuela , about 80 km north of Isla Margarita and 12.4 km east of La Blanquilla . Geographically, the islands belong to the Leeward Islands , administratively to the Dependencias Federales (federal territories).

The archipelago consists of six small, barren islands and two rocky islands, which extend over a length of 14 km. To Los Hermanos belong (from north to south), with historical names:

  • Isla La Orquilla : 0.45 km² La Horquilla (Jueves)
  • Islote El Rajao 0.03 km²
  • Isla Los Morochos : 0.27 km² Los Morochos (Sábado y Viernes)
