The Lacanche is a river in France that runs in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region . It rises near Montceau-et-Écharnant , initially drains to the northwest, then swings to southwest to west and flows into the Arroux as a left tributary after around 28 kilometers in the municipality of Igornay . On its way, the Lacanche crosses the departments of Côte-d'Or and Saône-et-Loire .
