The Lackowa is a 997 m high mountain in the central mountain character having Low Beskid (Beskid Niski) in the Malopolska province in Poland on the border with Slovakia and the highest point of this group on Polish territory (on Slovak territory is not far away Busov with 1002 m higher). On the Polish side the mountain belongs to the powiat Nowosądecki , on the Slovak side of the Okres Bardejov . It is located east of the city of Krynica-Zdrój and south of the source of the Biała , a right tributary of the Dunajec .
Access
The very popular Szlak Wincentego Pola hiking trail (green marking) leads over the Lackowa in the section from Krynica-Zdrój to Wysowa-Zdrój.
