Lagnitz

Lagnitz is a district of the town of Teuchern in the Burgenland district in Saxony-Anhalt . It is about 2 km south of the main town on the cul-de-sac leading to Schelkau and Bonau . Lagnitz belongs with the districts Teuchern, Bonau, Schortau and Schelkau to the locality of Teuchern.

history

It was first documented as Villa 976 Luongonosi mentioned, the Emperor Otto II. The Diocese of Zeitz was paid. The place belonged to the Kingdom of Saxony ( Amt Weißenfels ) until 1815 and then came to the administrative district Merseburg of the Prussian province of Saxony ( Landkreis Weißenfels ).
