Laimontas Dinius
Laimontas Dinius (pseudonym Lainius ; born January 3, 1962 in Šiauliai , Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian composer , singer, politician, and member of the Seimas .
Life
After graduating from the 14th Šiauliai Middle School in 1981, he graduated from K. Didžiulis Politechnikum Šiauliai, and studied at the Vilnius Conservatory and at the Moscow University . From 1986 to 1992 he was a member of the music band "Rondo". From 2000 to 2007 he was a member of the Šiauliai City Council , and from 2002 to 2003 deputy mayor . From 2008 to 2012 he was a member of the Seimas. In 2009 he was removed from Tautos prisikėlimo partija (TPP) together with Valdemaras Stančikas , Ligitas Kernagis , Aleksandr Sacharuk .
Since 2010 he has been a member of the Lietuvos Respublikos liberalų sąjūdis party .
