State Cable Car Act
State cable car laws regulate the operation and execution of cable cars in the individual German states.
On the basis of Directive 2000/9 / EC of the European Parliament and the Council of March 20, 2000 on cable cars for passenger transport, all federal states must have a state cable car law, regardless of whether a cable car is actually operated in the respective federal state.
