Aibling District Court

The Aibling district court was an older Bavarian district court that existed from 1803 to 1807 and was re-established in 1838, with its seat in Aibling in today's Rosenheim district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

In 1803 the district court Aibling was assigned the "provisional" district court Rosenheim . In 1807 there was a further restructuring of the judicial districts. The districts of Fischbach and Aibling were combined and the seat of the court was relocated to Rosenheim , in the so-called "Haus am Platz".
