District Court Rosenheim
The Rosenheim Regional Court was an older Bavarian regional court with its seat in Rosenheim, which existed from 1799 to 1803 and 1807 to 1879 . The judiciary in Rosenheim was first mentioned in 1273 with the judge Chunradus Churnheimer. After the fall of the Counts of Wasserburg, Rosenheim was the seat of an initially Lower Bavarian nursing court . The market Rosenheim received on January 2 in 1604 by Duke Maximilian of Bavaria, although the lower courts in its truce , but the Bavarian Care Court in Rosenheim remained with his three henchmen offices Kolberamt, Rossersberg and consist Stephanskirchen; A total of 28 main or chairpersons were distributed to these three offices; In addition, the Rosenheim Regional Court had two court brands and seven seats. On 16./17. September 1803 this court was repealed and the Kolberamt and the Stephanskirchen office were assigned to the Aibling district court ; the Rossersberg office, however, was transferred to the newly founded Fischbach Regional Court, to which most of the Auerburg Regional Court , which was also dissolved , had otherwise been transferred. But already in 1807 there was a further restructuring of the judicial districts, since the external border to Tyrol ceased to exist. The districts of Fischbach and Aibling were combined and the seat of the court was relocated to Rosenheim, in the so-called "Haus am Platz". The Aibling district court was re-established in 1838, but the Rosenheim district court remained in its reduced form. In 1862 the district office of Rosenheim was set up to handle the administrative tasks of the district courts of Aibling, Rosenheim and Prien , while all three courts continued to exist with regard to the administration of justice until the district courts in Bavaria, including the district courts of Rosenheim, Aibling and Prien , were transformed into local courts in 1879 . The previous district court, now the district court of Traunstein , was the higher instance for the now Rosenheim District Court .
