The Bad Aibling District Court was a district court that existed from 1879 to 2013 and was based in Bad Aibling . Most recently it was a branch of the Rosenheim District Court .

history

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Aibling, the district of which remained unchanged in relation to the previous district court district of Aibling , which existed from 1803 to 1807 and was re-established in 1838. With the territorial reform of 1971/72, the Bad Aibling District Court was incorporated as a branch of the Rosenheim District Court . The Bad Aibling branch was officially closed on June 1, 2013.

The court was located at Hofberg 6. The former castle (monument number D-1-87-117-24) has meanwhile also been used as a rent office. The ensemble comprises two large, connected three-storey plastered buildings with gable roofs, medieval in the north part, the south part in the gable marked 1742, the west wing is probably the 19th century.
