Bad Kreuznach District Court

The Bad Kreuznach Regional Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of eight regional courts in Rhineland-Palatinate . It is based in Bad Kreuznach . 14 of the approximately 75 employees work as judges.

The district courts of Bad Kreuznach , Bad Sobernheim , Idar-Oberstein and Simmern / Hunsrück belong to the judicial district . The Higher Regional Court of Koblenz is superordinate to the Bad Kreuznach Regional Court.

New courthouse on John-F.-Kennedy-Strasse

The district court building had been at Ringstrasse 79 since 1956. On September 25, 2017, the move to the Bad Kreuznach Justice Center at John-F.-Kennedy-Strasse 17 in Bad Kreuznach took place. Since then, all judicial authorities of the district court have been housed here.
