District court Idar-Oberstein
The District Court of Idar-Oberstein is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of four district courts (AG) in the district of the Bad Kreuznach District Court .
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in Idar-Oberstein in the district of Birkenfeld , Rhineland-Palatinate . The 777 km² judicial district extends to the large district town of Idar-Oberstein and the municipalities of Baumholder , Birkenfeld , Herrstein and Rhaunen . Around 80,000 people live in it.
The register of trade and associations is kept by the Bad Kreuznach District Court . Dunning procedures are processed by the Mayen District Court as the central dunning court .
