Weiden district court in Upper Palatinate
The District Court Weiden in the Upper Palatinate (officially: District Court Weiden idOPf.) Is a court of ordinary jurisdiction based in Weiden in the Upper Palatinate . It is one of 22 regional courts in the Free State of Bavaria .

The district of the district court Weiden extends to the following districts in addition to the independent city of Weiden in the Upper Palatinate :
145 lawyers (as of December 31, 2013) are admitted to the Weiden district court .
history
It was not until 1838 that a separate regional court of the older order was formed in Weiden in the Upper Palatinate , and a district court also existed from 1857 . In 1879, the former regional court of the older order was converted into the district court Weiden in the Upper Palatinate , according to the Reich uniform court constitution law of 1877 , and the district court Weiden became the new regional court Weiden.

Superordinate and subordinate courts
The Weiden Regional Court is one of five regional courts over which the Nuremberg Higher Regional Court is superordinate; subordinate to this are the local courts in Weiden in the Upper Palatinate and Tirschenreuth .
