Landhaus Heinrich Oswald Emil Günther

The Landhaus Heinrich Oswald Emil Günther is located in the Wahnsdorf district of the Saxon city of Radebeul , at Lößnitzgrundstrasse 81, right at the entrance to the village grounds , which leads to the Wahnsdorf plateau. It was built in 1887 by the master builders, the Ziller brothers, for Heinrich Oswald Emil Günther, together with two single-storey outbuildings for the operation of a blacksmith's workshop and a hot ironing facility .

The under monument protection standing villa in the Swiss style has an almost square floor plan. Without a basement, two full, plastered floors rise above a rubble stone plinth. Above this is a high knee stick , which is closed off by a gently sloping gable roof .

Most of the top floor is boarded up, and there is a triple window in the plastered gable surface facing the street. On the upper floor of the three-axis street view there is a two-axis wooden balcony on the right. The windows are framed by shutters.
