Latavio was a Latvian airline based in Riga and based at Riga Airport .
history
Latavio was the Latvian branch of Aeroflot during the Soviet Union . In 1992 Latavio - like many other airlines - was spun off from Aeroflot and continued as an independent state-owned Latvian airline. After a failed privatization, the company was finally liquidated in 1996.
Destinations
Latavio mainly flew to destinations within Europe. In 1993, Baku , Helsinki , Copenhagen , Larnaka , Moscow , Stockholm , Warsaw and Vienna were on the flight schedule.
