Laura Glauser (born August 20, 1993 in Besançon , France ) is a French handball player who is under contract with the Hungarian first division club Győri ETO KC .
Career
Laura Glauser started playing handball at the French club HBC Val de Saône in 2005. From 2007, the goalkeeper guarded the goal of Entente Sportive Bisontine Féminin . Three years later she joined the first division team Metz Handball. With Metz, Glauser won the championship in 2011, 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2019, the French League Cup in 2011 and 2014 and the French Cup in 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019. Due to her pregnancy, she took a break from September 2017. For the 2020/21 season she moved to the Hungarian club Győri ETO KC .
Laura Glauser is a member of the French national team . The right-hander took part in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro with the French team and won the silver medal. She also won the bronze medal at the 2016 European Championships . Two years later she won the European title in her own country.
