Laurie Berthon (born August 26, 1991 in Lyon ) is a former French track cyclist .

Athletic career

In 2009 Laurie Berthon and Olivia Montauban became Junior European Champion in the team sprint . In the following years she shifted increasingly to the track competitions Scratch and Omnium . By 2014 she won four French championship titles in these two disciplines. At the international level, she became Vice European Champion (U23) in the same year, also in the Omnium. In 2013 she was Vice European Champion (U23) in Scratch and Omnium.

In 2014, Berthon started at the European Elite Track Championships in Guadeloupe and won the silver medal in scratch. At the UCI Track World Championships in London in 2016 , she was runner-up in the Omnium. In the same year she was nominated for participation in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro , where she finished tenth in the Omnium.

In July 2019, Laurie Berthon announced her retirement from active cycling.
