The Lavris Peak is a 2745 m high mountain peak in the west Antarctic Marie-Byrd-Land . In the Executive Committee Range, it looms in the northeastern part of the Mount Hartigan massif .
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) mapped it on the basis of its own measurements and Trimetrogon aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1958 to 1960. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1962 after William C. Lavris (1932-2006), meteorological technician on Byrd Station in 1959.
