Lembá is a district of São Tomé and Príncipe and is located on the island of São Tomé .

Lembá borders Lobata in the northeast, Mé-Zóchi in the east and Caué in the southeast . The district had 14,652 inhabitants in 2012 and is the second largest of the seven districts with an area of ​​229 km². The capital is Neves on the west coast of São Tomé with around 10,000 inhabitants (2012); another place is Santa Catarina . Lembá is also home to the highest São Tomé mountain, the 2,024 high Pico de São Tomé .
