Leo Zirner

Leo Zirner (* 1990 in Prien am Chiemsee ) is a German actor .

Life

Leo Zirner is the son of the actor August Zirner . He completed his acting studies at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media , where he graduated in 2018. During his studies he performed at the Studiotheater Hannover.

As a teenager, even before his acting training, Zirner played the leading role in the movie How Light Tastes (2006), which was based loosely on the novel by Friedrich Ani . In the debut film by director Maurus vom Scheidt , Zirner played the 14-year-old Lukas, who escaped his confined home on his birthday and spent a few days roaming the Bavarian capital of Munich .

In spring 2019, Zirner stood in front of the camera for the love drama Between Us the Wall by Norbert Lechner , in which u. a. Lea Freund , Tim Bülow , Lukas Zumbrock , Franziska Weisz and Fritz Karl participated. The film will be shown at the beginning of September 2019 at the opening of the 13th Five Lakes Film Festival and opened in German cinemas on October 3, 2019.
