Leo von Hagke

Leo Georg Friedrich Bernhard Freiherr von Hagke (born September 8, 1849 in Schilfa ; † September 7, 1919 ibid) was a German officer, manor owner and politician.

Leo von Hagke was born as the son of the district administrator, manorial estate owner and MdR Friedrich Bernhard von Hagke and Gabriele, born Freiin von Marschall .

He studied law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen and the Friedrich Wilhelms University in Berlin . In 1870, like his father, he became a member of the Corps Bremensia Göttingen . He broke off his studies and was an active officer in the Prussian army from 1870 to 1903 . His last rank was a colonel . He was the owner of the Schilfa manor at Gangloffsommern .

Hagke was district deputy and member of the district council of the district of Weißensee . From 1908 to 1918 he sat as a member of the constituency of Erfurt 3 (Langensalza, Weißensee, city and district of Mühlhausen) in the Prussian House of Representatives . He belonged to the faction of the Conservative Party .

He married Klara Emilie Luise Thusnelde von Reden on June 25, 1875 (* August 29, 1854, † May 2, 1901). The couple had two children:

  • Armgard Klara Gabriele Adelheid (born February 23, 1877)
  • Gangloff Friedrich Karl Wolf (* August 30, 1887) Rittmeister ⚭ 1913 Freiin Margarete Hedwig Marie Luise von Seckendorff (* December 11, 1892)
