Friedrich Bernhard von Hagke

Friedrich Bernhard von Hagke (born February 15, 1822 in Pegau , † October 5, 1874 in Schilfa ) was a German administrative lawyer and landowner . From 1867 to 1873 he was a member of the Reichstag .

Life

Hagke came from the Thuringian nobility Hagke . In contrast to other family members, he was not raised to the baron class; in his publications he called himself baron.

From 1841 he studied law at the Georg-August University of Göttingen and the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn . He became active in the Corps Bremensia Göttingen (1842) and the Corps Borussia Bonn (1843). In 1852 he was appointed district administrator in the Weissensee district in Thuringia , which he remained until his death.

In 1867 he was elected to the Reichstag (North German Confederation) . For the German Reich Party , he came to the Reichstag (German Empire) for the constituency of Erfurt 3 (Langensalza-Mühlhausen-Weißensee) after the establishment of the German Empire in 1871 . He resigned this mandate in 1873 due to illness. He was particularly committed to the establishment of a central archive.

On May 10, 1846 he married Gabriele Freiin von Marschall (1821–1905), a sister of District Administrator Rudolf Levin Marschall von Altengottern . Their son Leo von Hagke was born in 1849, their daughter Marie von Hagke in 1851.
