Leonhard Langmann (born December 21, 1920 in Kiel ; † June 9, 2001 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Langmann attended elementary school and completed an apprenticeship as an electrical mechanic from 1936 to 1939 . In 1948 he joined IG Metall and the SPD. From 1950 he attended trade union schools and continued his education in adult education centers. Langmann worked for the Hagenuk company in Kiel, where he was the deputy chairman of the works council . From 1966 to 1971 he was a member of the city ​​council of Kiel. Langmann was a member of the SPD district executive in Kiel and the state executive committee of the SPD Schleswig-Holstein . In 1971, Langmann was elected to the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament in the then state electoral district of Kiel-Süd . He also won the direct mandate in the 1975 and 1979 elections. Langmann was a member of the submission committee, the legal committee and the social committee. From 1981 to 1983 he was a member of the judges' selection committee . In 1983 he left the state parliament.

Langmann was married and had three children.
