Leopold Deutsch (actor)
Leopold Deutsch , also Poldi Deutsch (born November 11, 1853 in Vienna ; † February 5, 1930 ibid) was an Austrian actor and singer ( baritone ).
Life
Deutsch had engagements at Austrian and German theaters, in Saint Petersburg and at the Vienna City Theater . Character comedian of the Viennese operetta , in 1880 he founded the Viennese Schlaraffia , in 1899 he was accepted into the Masonic lodge "Friendship" and also worked as a columnist .
It rests in the Baumgartner Friedhof (group 18, number 262) in Vienna .
