Theresa E. LaVeck from Allmusic highlighted pieces like Love Is Blind and Heaven Only Knows , which are characterized by appealing arrangements, for example with acoustic guitar. Eve is keeping her hardcore image, but with a "subtle vulnerability". It awarded four out of five stars. Entertainment Weekly's Barry Walters criticized the "often tasteless" guest appearances. He awarded the rating C + (corresponds to 3+ according to German school grades).
