Swizz Beatz (born September 13, 1978 in Brooklyn , New York ; actually Cashier Dean ) is an American hip-hop producer and rapper .
Life
Swizz Beatz was the main producer at the Ruff Ryders label and has his own record label called Full Surface Records , which also has contracts with artists such as Cassidy , Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Eve . He worked with artists such as Mary J. Blige , Nas , Jay-Z , DMX , Fabolous , Eve , Cassidy and Game . He produces most of his musical works with his studio partner Kenny Lloyd , who usually works as an engineer at his side.
Swizz Beatz released his producer album GHETTO Stories in 2002 . To date, over 90 million sound carriers produced by Swizz Beatz have been sold. In the video game Grand Theft Auto IV , Swizz Beatz's single Top Down is featured on the fictional radio program.
From 2004 to 2008 he was married to R'n'B singer Mashonda and has two sons with her. He has been in a relationship with Alicia Keys since autumn 2008 , whom he married on July 31, 2010. Their first son was born in October 2010 and the second in December 2014.
