Leta Peer

Leta Peer (born April 17, 1964 in Winterthur ; † February 13, 2012 in Binningen ) was a Swiss painter and photo artist .

Life

Leta Peer studied painting from 1984 to 1987 at the Basel School of Design under Franz Fedier . From 1996 to 1997 she taught as a visiting professor at the Higher Institute for Fine Arts, HISK, Antwerp , Belgium . Her works have been shown at national and international exhibitions.

The artist died on February 13, 2012 after a serious illness.
