Levisto Z (* 1997 ) is a Holstein stallion and a successful German jumper. Levisto Z was ridden in sport by the Belgian show jumper Judy-Ann Melchior , he is stationed at the Zangersheide stud in Lanaken, Belgium . In September 2013 he was retired from the sport.
Levisto's mother, Hirtin, was also a successful jumper under the name “Chica Bay”. She is the full sister of the internationally successful stallions Clinton I ( Thomas Voss ), one of the best show jumping horse sires in Germany, and Clinton II ( Alois Pollmann-Schweckhorst ). His granddam, Libra, produced the gelding Clintus ( Marco Kutscher ) with Carolus II , who is also an internationally successful show jumper.
Levisto Z as a sire
Although Levisto is only used very sparingly in breeding, he already has over 20 licensed sons. According to the FN - Breeding Evaluation 2009 he belongs to the top one percent of the show jumping stallions. In his stallion performance test Levisto Z received 157 points in jumping.
