Leyla Asiye Güngör (born May 29, 1993 in Malmö ) is a Swedish- born Turkish soccer player .
Career
society
Güngör started her career at the age of five with Turk Anadolu FF. After the association merged with Malmö Boll & Idrottsförening to form MABI in 2001, she joined the successor association. At the age of 11 she switched to the female C-youth of Malmö FF . In April 2007 she joined the successor club LdB FC Malmö and in 2010 moved up to the Damallsvenskan team. After six and a half years, she announced her move to league rivals Linköping Kenty DFF in August 2010 . In Linköping she only played for half a year and already moved back to Damallsvenskan to Kristianstads DFF in December 2010 . After seven months at Kristianstads, she moved back to Lidköping and signed with city rivals Linköpings FC . In January 2012 she left Linköping and went to IF Limhamn Bunkeflo .
National team
On July 29, 2010, she made her international A debut for Turkey against England .

Güngör graduated from the John Bauergymnasiet in Malmö in 2012 .
family
Leyla comes from a pure football family. Her older brother Sami (* 1989) is currently under contract as a striker with KSF Prespa Birlik in Sweden, while younger brother Selim Gungör plays as a midfielder (LB07) in Malmö . Her father Ibrahim Güngör played as a defender for MABI in the 2000s and her mother Marie Güngör as a midfielder for BK Kick Malmö.
