Li Bin ( Chinese  李斌 ; * 1954 in Fushun , Liaoning Province ) is a politician in the People's Republic of China .

From 1978 to 1982 she studied economics at Jilin University . In 1981 she joined the Chinese Communist Party .

After working in politics and administration in Heilongjiang and Jilin Provinces , Li was Vice Governor of Jilin Province from 2001 to 2007. From 2008 to 2011 she was the chairwoman of the Ministerial Commission for Population and Family Planning.

From 2011 to 2013, she was governor and deputy party secretary of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China in Anhui Province . Her successor as governor was Wang Xuejun .

Since 2013 she has been the head of the State Commission for Health Care and Family Planning at the ministerial level.

Li has also been a member of the CCP Central Committee since 2007.
