The Lichtingerstraße 28 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1903. The villa , which was built according to plans by the architect Andreas Buchinger, is a protected architectural monument .

The building with a dwelling - risalit and veranda, which belongs to the Pasing forest colony , was given an annex on the left in 1922. The neighboring house, No. 26 , is of the same type and was also built by Andreas Buchinger.
