The Lichtingerstraße 8 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1905/06. The villa , which was built by the architect Georg Völkl, is a protected architectural monument .

The Art Nouveau building, which belongs to the Pasing forest colony , with a half-hip and bay window , was changed during renovations. Originally the house had shutters and the window opening in the floor bay was rounded. In 1912 an extension was added to the rear and on the right side of the eaves.
