The building at Lichtingerstraße 26 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1902. The villa , which was built according to plans by the architect Andreas Buchinger, is a protected architectural monument .

The building with a dwelling - risalit and veranda, which belongs to the Pasing forest colony , was built for the sculptor Mathias Brandl. The neighboring house, No. 28 , is of the same type and was also built by Andreas Buchinger.
