The Lichtingerstraße 24 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1902. The villa , which was built according to plans by the architect Jakob Mack, is a protected monument .

The historicizing group building with half-timbered gable , which belongs to the Pasing forest colony , received an extension in 1927.
