The Lichtingerstraße 9 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1903/04. The villa , which was built by the master builder Josef Kampferseck (1841–1907), is a protected architectural monument .

The historicizing building, which belongs to the Pasing forest colony , has a cubic shape with a tent roof . The side, ground floor annex was added in 1933. A Madonna and Child stands in a niche on the street side.
