The Lichtingerstraße 21 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1922. The villa on the corner of Wilhelm-Hey-Straße, which was built according to plans by the architects Oskar Delisle (1873–1944) and Bernhard Ingwersen, is a protected architectural monument .

The classifying hipped roof building , which belongs to the Pasing forest colony , has a gable risalit and a garden front with wide windows .
