Lie Poo Djian
Lie Poo Djian (born August 25, 1932 in Purwokerto , † August 9, 2008 in Jakarta ), also known as Poedjianto , was an Indonesian badminton player .
Lie Poo Djian was a member of the Indonesian Thomas Cup team in 1958 and 1961 , which won this world championship for men's teams twice in those years . When he first participated in 1958, however, he was only used in the preliminary round, he was not nominated for the final. In the 1961 final against Thailand he won a double with Tan Joe Hok against Chavalert Chumkum and Chuchart Vatanatham , but lost the other against Narong Bhornchima and Raphi Kanchanaraphi . Indonesia won 6-3 in the end.
