The Ligue 1 2017/18 was the 52nd edition of the football championship in Guinea . Champion became the Horoya AC , which has won the title four times in a row since 2014/15 and now share the record with Hafia FC with 16 titles. Dismount the needed Milo FC from Kankan and Atlético Coléah from Conakry . They were replaced by the clubs Santoba FC Conakry and the Club Olympique de Coyah .
