Lilium wenshanense ( Chinese 文山 百合 , Pinyin Wenshān bǎihé ) is a species from the genus of lilies ( Lilium ) in the trumpet lily section .

Lilium wenshanense reaches a height of 120 to 180 cm. The stem is gray-white and smooth. The leaves, which are freely arranged around the stem, are lanceolate or very narrow-egg-shaped , between 9 and 10 cm long and 1 to 1.2 cm wide. They are hairless, three to five-annoying and on the edge papillose .
The plant blooms from June to July with a single or two to seven trumpet-shaped flowers in a panicle . The hermaphrodite flowers are threefold. The six bracts ( tepals ) are rolled backwards at the tip and are about 18 cm long and 2.5 cm wide. The inner tepals are spatulate and slightly wider with up to 3 cm, the outer lanceolate. The basic color of the flowers is pure white, on the outside towards the throat yellowish-green overflowing with brown central veins. The anthers are about 1 cm long and bear yellow pollen ; the filaments are about 13 cm long and densely felted at the base. The seeds ripen in cylindrical seed pods from August to September .
The bulbs are oval and reach a diameter of 2.5 to 4 cm; they are white and clearly segmented.

Lilium wenshanense is found on moist meadows at altitudes between 1000 and 2000 m .
The distribution of the species is highly endemic and restricted to the Wenshan Autonomous District in the Chinese province of Yunnan .
