The Lilsbach ( Ruisseau le Lilsbach ) is an approximately 2.6 km long right tributary of the Andlau in the French department of Bas-Rhin in the Grand Est region .

The main branch of the Lilsbach rises at a height of 700 m on the southeast slope of the Heidenkopf in the Central Vosges . It first flows in a north-easterly direction and after about half a kilometer joins a second, eastern source branch. His path now leads through a narrow, wooded valley. It finally flows into the Andlau west of Eftermatten at an altitude of 434 m .
